Does Amex Platinum provide SkyClub lounge access on arrival?

If I fly DL ATL-MSP and hold and hold an AmEx Platinum card, can I access the lounge at MSP using my Platinum card?

The DL rules say
American Express Platinum Charge Card members have access to the Delta Sky Clubs in conjunction with same-day travel on a flight operated by Delta. This does not include Platinum Delta SkyMiles Credit Card and Gold Delta SkyMiles Credit Cardholders.
Usually when airlines say "in conjunction with same-day travel" they are okay with you presenting an arriving boarding pass. Is that also true for DL will the MSP SkyClub be okay with my ATL-MSP boarding pass + Amex Platinum card?

From what I can find it only states about STE+ on departure only. Go here, shows all the different ways to get in:

I did it with PMNW lounges, including at MSP, and never had a problem, but I haven't tried recently as I have other means to access DL SCs.

I've accessed the SC after a flight many times without trouble.
I used to do it frequently when arriving home at DCA if I was meeting a client.

It's no problem with a SC membership, but the question is what happens if you use the AmEx Plat card for access.

Also, I'm not sure that the rules are the same for a Reserve card.

Yes, the Amex Platinum card does work for arrivals access as long as you have a Delta boarding pass for a flight on the same day. I've even had it work following a red-eye flight that departed on the previous day.

Yes. I've used it upon arrival a few times. As long as you have your same day boarding pass.

Yes, I can confirm that AMEX Platinum works for SC access upon arrival! I have done it many times, and many-a-times after getting off of a red-eye with no more flights scheduled for that day. However, you should have your BP of the flight you just got off from !

Bottom line, as long as you can show a BP that shows that you're in Airport XYZ because you're traveling Delta, it's fine.

However, according to the rules, if you were, for example, flying AAA-BBB on AA and BBB-CCC on DL the same day (even on separate tickets with many hours spent at BBB, and AFAIK even if you haven't yet checked in for BBB-CCC as I don't believe the same day flight requirement demands a boarding pass as proof) you would be entitled to use the SC at AAA before your AA flight. In this case, you would be in airport AAA because you are flying AA, not DL, but you should still get SC access if TSA lets you get to the door of the SC.

Yes you can. I have often shown arriving boarding pass to gain entry.

I don't have a SkyClub membership. I use my Plat Amex or Reserve Card.
But in the years before I had my Reserve Card I always used my Plat Amex.

Never had an issue.

Hmm I stand corrected then. I must start using the lounges on arrival now.
